Our customer feedback reflects the standards we aim to bring to every project: turn up when agreed, provide straightforward advice, complete the installation carefully and treat the customer’s property with respect.
Cleanliness is particularly important to us. Replacing windows and doors inevitably causes some disruption, so we use dust sheets, work carefully around the property and thoroughly clean the working area when the installation is finished.
The result we want is not simply a well-fitted window or door. We want customers to feel that the entire experience, from the first conversation through to the final clean-up and aftercare, has been handled properly.
